  We were 3 people in a 2 rooms apartment. It was very clean and comfortable, the air-conditioning was working. Basic kitchen equipment is available, so you can make breakfast or supper. Quiet for sleeping at night. Free wi-fi and parking. Great hotel for family vacation. We loved it!

  The service was immaculate, the Water heater broke and they fixed it in just a couple of hours. They picked us up at the airport and delivered us there as well. The pool is clean and has a good size - you can get snacks, drinks and food at the pool as well. The room was cleaned every day, with new towels and bed sheets/bedding. I highly recommend this hotel if you're coming for a Cacao Beach party and looking for a place to stay - you can just walk back to your hotel and save on taxis (which are not really cheap in Sunny Beach).

  Unfortunately our baby fall ill on the last day and I cannot be greatful enough to the staff, namely to Angelo to organize a doctor visit in 5 minutes and arrange everything so we could reach our flight to home. The cleaners are very diligent (they changed our towels even if we didn't ask them to do it). We stayed there for 12 nights and it was absolutely fine.
