  Das Personal war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und korrekt. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber und das ganze Hotel war sehr ruhig. Der Wellnessbereich mit allen Einrichtungen:Sauna, Ruheraum, Duschen, Fitnessgeräte usw. sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ich würde das Hotel ohne Einschränkung weiter empfehlen. - super Lage mitten in Sofia, fantastischer Wellness... was die leute sagen » - Bereich, hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet - wirklich empfehlenswertes Hotel!

Staff were impeccable with a wealth of knowledge in several native tongues. The room was outstanding (Executive) great view in the old church, the bed was Devine and decor was classic yet modern. I love this place and will definitely be back.
