  I was impressed by room's size-around 30 sq m. In fact, it was the largest hotel room I have ever been to. The view from our room was fantastic- mountains:). In addition, the staff seemed very friendly and polite. Hotel's spa facilities-excellent as well as nice size swimming pool. We liked the view to the mountain, the location that is upper on the mountain, it's quiet and relaxing, the spa, the big pool, the heated chairs, the fireplace at the entrance, the polite staff. The design of the rooms is very modern. We had all the amenities in the kitchen (we even had a dish washer). Bathrobes and slippers are provided on the reception.   We really managed to relax. The view to the mountains from our apartment was breathtaking. I used the pool a lot because the water temperature was very warm and pleasant. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and we took the advantage to have it served in the room. Stanislava, the receptionist, was excellent and very professional giving a lot of information and help, speaking excellent English. Spa facilities are very good and most of them free, and ski bus is offered in many routes. For sure is a value - Spa facilities, value for money, dinner for 8euros which is very good. Breakfast is very good and enough and cheap drinks are offered to the lobby. Restaurant at the hotel is also quite decent. Ski bus is available and Stanislava at the reception couldn't be more professional and helpful.
