Despite not speaking English the staff are incredibly friendly and warm! - The location is excellent, and the staff was very helpful and did everything to make as have a good time in the hotel and in Banja Luka.

  Very well designed, although looked like an ordinary motel from outside, it is surprisingly comfy and pretty inside. We had a queen size bed (very comfy!), the rooms were furnished with taste, spotlessly tidy. The hotel has a nice bar/cafe which is visited also by the local people - Appearances can be deceptive !! .. Despite its rather unlovely location between 2 petrol stations this is an excellent hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff, large comfortable room with an excellent bed and all the facilities required for a 2 night stay. Simple but good breakfast. Short walk into town. The only quibble was that the curtains could have been heavier to avoid early morning light. Bring an eye mask! Would definitely stay again.
