  The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, we were provided a free oxigen bottle when requested to aid with altitude sickness. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the hotel accepted special requests (like cleaning the room with no cleaning products or solvents). The taxi service at the hotel was excellent and not much more expensive than... was die leute sagen » other taxis. - After travel in other, more rustic parts of Bolivia, it was nice to have a modern hotel with all the amenities. The staff was very attentive in all areas.
