It is a cosy and relaxing place and I will visit - Hotel and restaurant need to be considered separately because there is a degree of mismatch between them. The hotel provides clean, comfortable, well thought out and equipped accommodation aimed at business travelers and it does this well. The restaurant is more up-market and offers fine dining from a good menu. It was surprisingly full for our Monday evening meal. The restaurant does what it does very well.

The location is amazing - directly opposite the extensive, exquisite and peaceful 13th century Begijnhof (a sort of village within a town), but just a 10 minute walk right into the centre of Leuven which is a lively and happy university town, or a 5 minute walk to the river and walks in the forest.
