When we arrived Renate upgraded us to another room free of charge, the bedroon was lovely and spacious. The garden and surroundings are very lovely. Her wonderfully eccentric manor and welcoming nature added to a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Belgium. I must add she went a step further in offering me a separate room to stay in after I couldn't sleep in the same room as my mate thanks to his incapacity to sleep silently after consuming alcohol ;-/
