  The house was perfect for our needs and the interior was immaculate, modern and spacious. The owner was excellent, very friendly and spoke very good English. The views from the house are amazing. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

  Als einzige Gäste wurden wir gut beraten,wo wir in der Stadt gut essen können,mit Parkplatz(das ist ja in allen Städten dasselbe Problem) - I think fantastic is an understatement. The warm welcome by Chrissy, the fantastic food made by Bart and the way they treat people is amazing. This place is so worth going to ! No matter what we asked Chrissy, nothing was too much for her. She gave us some tips of things to visit and we did it all. From a basilique in a little village in France to the Castle of Bouillon. Du cerf - Everything. Bart is an amazing chef. The food was probably the best we had in 3 weeks of touring Holland, Belgium,Germany and France! The facility is impeccable and the location outside Bouillon was perfect. The countryside is beautiful and so is Hostellerie du Cerf.

  We spent 1 night in Hotel Duc de Bouillon, which is combined with a lovely Italian restaurant (breakfast is served there). The room was cosy and clean, breakfast was also OK. Hotel is located in the heart of Bouillon which is a relatively small town. No private parking, but you can easily find a parking place in the neighbourhood for free.   I would stay there again and plan on it. The rooms are quiet and clean. The breakfast in the morning is 1st class as well as the staff. Parking was great since the whole town is free. - Location of the hotel. Value for money.
