  Sehr freundliches Personal. Zum Landhotel Martha gehört das nur wenige Meter entfernte Hotel Schmittenhof bzw umgekehrt. Der Hotelchef hat uns zu gleichen Konditionen ein schönes Zimmer im Schmittenhof angeboten. Diese Flexibiliät haben wir gerne in Anspruch genommen. Somit konnten wir zusätzlich den sehr gepflegten Wellnesbereich des Stammhauses ... was die leute sagen » bequem mitnutzen. Beide Häuser liegen in der Nähe der Talstation der Gondelbahn zur Schmittenhöhe. Wer nicht laufen will, kann den Skibus nutzen.   Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und komfortabel. Unsere Zimmer konnte man zusammenlegen und somit hatten wir eine kleine 3-Zimmer Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmer und einem Wohn-Küchen Bereich. In jedem Zimmer stand ein Flat-TV und die Küche war wirklich gut ausgestattet. Bathroom was also large and spotless. Staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, 10min walk from railway station, 5 minutes walk from buses going to Kaprun and Kitzsteinhorn cable car or locally to Schmittenbahn, 5 min walk to the lake promenade and boats, restaurants and shops nearby. The restaurant has good and affordable food for an evening meal. Internet wireless worked very well.

  We received an amazing welcome from the owner. He was extremely friendly and helpful, couldn't have done more. Very concerned that we were warm/comfortable enough. Haus Ditzer is located a short walk from Zell so easy to walk into town and the lake. Large candles lit outside at night were a lovely touch. Would most definitely recommend Haus Ditzer to anyone visiti - First of all,Haus Ditzer is located very close to center, where restaurants, bars, small shops,lifts, E.T.c are situated (only 2 minutes by car). The rooms are comfortable and very clean and the Marcus is friendly and always at our disposal. You really shouldn't miss breakfast.Very good value for money. Overall what I have to say is that although we came to Zell am See for holidays , and we'll surely be staying at Haus Ditzer!!
