... was die leute sagen » r buchen!! - Wir mußten an der Rezeption warten, weil sich viele Leute zum Ein- bzw. Auschecken angestellt haben, bekamen aber dafür ein Glas Sekt. Das fanden wir super. Die Rezepetionistin hatte die Situation toll im Griff. Getränke in der Minibar waren im Preis inbegriffen - jeden Tag eine Füllung - und auch Wasserkocher für Tee, Kaffee war ideal.

Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfreich und immer gut gelaunt. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und superschön und stylish eingerichtet mit kleiner Lümmelcouch und tollem Bad und leistungsstarken Fön. Das Wifi hat einwandfrei funktioniert und war auch recht schnell.
Wir haben einen unserer Keycards verloren und mussten nur 5 Euro zahlen. Das

Downtown Franz ist ein sehr sauberes, gut ausgestattetes, von besonders freundlichen Menschen geführtes Hotel, das vor allem für junge Menschen (und jung gebliebene)geeignet ist.
Ich war mit einer Gruppe Jugendlicher dort und dieses Haus war für unsere Wienwoche genau das richtige.
Es liegt zentral und rund um die Uhr ist ein/e nette/r Ansprechpartner/in da für alle Belange.

For walkers, the street leads straight into Stephansplatz in the heart of the city. The rooms are modern and larger than most European hotels. There was a nice selection of items on the breakfast buffet and adequate seating for guests. The staff was helpful and courteous. The surrounding area is surprisingly quiet.

Excellent ratio price-quality, clean hallways and rooms, bathroom very
clean.The hotel is close to the city center and the bus ride takes less
than 10 minutes... 74A Bus stops near the hotel and the tram 18 is very
close. Metro station is a bit far from the hotel and it is recommended
to use the bus 74a that goes to Veinna Mitte every 7-8 minutes, and
there may be transfer at the metro or a train to the airport.

The hotel is conveniently located: the U3 is quite close and it takes you directly to the first district. Moreover, I was able to go jogging in Prater every day! The staff is friendly, the food is awesome and the room was as clean as a pin... I LOVED it.

Friendly staff, reasonably priced parking in shopping center's garage, and free wifi. Room was quite big and very clean. Breakfast was ok.
Easily accessible by car when coming from the airport.
U-bahn station is located within a short walking distance. If trains are your preferred way of travelling, there's also a train station at the same location. With U-bahn you need to change line from U6 to U4 when going to the inner city, but it is a short trip nevertheless.

This new design hotel is worth the money. The rooms are spacious, quiet, nicely decorated and very comfortable. I particularly liked the enormous shower and the seperate toilet. The staff was very nice and helpfull. We also really enjoyed the tasty breakfast. The garden was very nice to kick back and relax. The hotel is not in the centre of Vienna, but it's only 3 subway stops away from almost everything.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war wirklich sehr angenehm und erholsam. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und relativ geräumig.
