  The owners were really friendly and helpful. We were there to go hiking and the owners gave us lots of good ideas for routes. The location is very beautiful with views from the guest house overlooking the lake Wolfgangsee. Easy to walk into St. Wolfgang and to find restaurants for the evening. Breakfast was really good. Christopher picked us at the Salzburg airport since there were no buses running late. We even had the lucky chance to meet the owner while he was playing the piano in the hotel den, and he was also super friendly. He even graciously invited us to his rehearsal. When my son missed his lunch at a restaurant in St. W - I stayed two nights at this hotel and couldn't have been more pleased. I stayed in a surprisingly large "single" room, with a "sideview" of the lake. The room was pleasant and supplied with all amenities, and I particularly enjoyed having a comfortable spot for my netbook; Their wifi connection was excellent. The dining room and terraces and other lounge areas were lovely and relaxing, and I was fortunate enough to have unseasonably warm weather and loved sitting outdoors enjoying the view. Bre

We were fortunate enough to have the two room apartment and it was the perfect size for our family. The owners were very nice and went out of their way to help us in any way they could.
