I arrived about 8.30pm and was met at reception with a smile and very pleasant welcome. As I was riding a motorbike and it was freezing outside she put me in a room that had extra heating and was very comfortable indeed. I wouldn't hesitate to bring the family here it's great value, comfortable and very well maintained.
Good clean basic rooms for an overnight stay.
The owners/proprietors where incredibly friendly and gave us a lift down to dinner as it was raining heavily, which was much appreciated.

We found it lovely and quiet
throughout the night.
It had a very good shower,no water leaving the shower area,and no need for a curtain.

We were a group of 7 cyclists and it was pouring with rain and the owners drove us all down to a pub for dinner. We were all so impressed and so very grateful. Wonderful service!.

It is a basic hotel that was perfect for a place to sleep to break up the drive. It was clean and thanks to the Hotel leaving the heater on for us, warm and cosy.

My a/c was an old manual dial once. I was not comfortable leaving it on for an extended period, and had to stand on a chair to reach the switches..
Very basic,no biscuits or toiletries.Very small rooms.
