I was pleasantly surprised that a note I put in our booking about the weekend stay being for my girlfriend's birthday meant that by the time we checked in, we had already received a complimentary upgrade to a beach view.   Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Ich hatte das Glück, ein Appartement im 55. Stock zu haben. Die Aussicht war sensationell vom Balkon. Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet, es fehlte mir an nichts. Wirklich toll, habe ich in anderen Hotels schon anders erlebt.   We stayed at the Holiday Inn because we needed somewhere close to the airport as we had an early flight in the morning. On our our arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff member, I think her name was Sarah who assisted us with all of our needs. We had a room on the first floor which was modern, clean and comfortable. If you are looking for somewhere to eat o - Having heard some negative reports about this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find it particularly good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room quiet, comfortable, and relaxing after a long flight. Both the evening bar meal and the buffet breakfast were very good and reasonably priced. I would consider using this hotel again, when travelling through, or to, Sydney.
