  The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. Love the freedom of having the kitchenette in the room. Love the fact I don't have to step over and into a bath/spa to have a shower! I liked the newspaper, definitely a great extra. Didn't hear any external noise from our room. - the friendly and professional staff; the size of the studio apartment was surprisingly very large and very comfortable; the restaurant in the hotel and the cafe next door were excellent and value for money. The concierge staff & in particular Troy gave invaluable advice on how to get the most out of your trip to Sydney. The hotel had been recommended to us & it surpassed all expectations. - The hotel design is unique, the situation to shops, retaurants, Darling Harbour, OperaHouse,buses, trains etc. is convenient. The bed was fairly firm, certainly better than 99% of other hotels.The concierges were extremely helpful too.When the sign to service the room is placed on the door, one's room is cleaned etc almost immediately! A very pleasant stay!10 Out of 10!

  This hotel is great ... We manage to secure a early check-in on the 1st day of our arrival. Plus the staffs are all so friendly, oozing the Australian Hospitality. Room was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Loved the chill out computer room with free internet. Bed was really comfortable and we were not only able to check in a lot earlier than the usual 2pm check in, but we had been given a double upgrade. Originally we had booked the small double room and we ended up with the king size bed in a really nice sized room.

  I was pleasantly surprised to find during a last minute booking that the hotel was offering a deal on a twin room with 2 double beds - this was impossible to find in other hotels of the same calibre in north sydney, and anywhere within the same price bracket. Fabulous!!! - My room was spacious, modern, with all the necessary facilities. A bonus was the balcony with an outdoor setting. The staff were friendly and helpful. I used a wheelchair at times and many of the staff asked if I needed assistance which I found very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend to others.
