  Friendly and efficient staff. My late check-in from the airport was pleasantly and conveniently organised for entry and key pick-up! We were also walked through by Joanne after we arrived for our second stay to be shown easier access from outdoors to lower ground.   The staff were very friendly and welcoming. When we had problems with our TV at midnight it was no trouble for them to come and help us out. The bed was soo comfortable! I absolutely recommend this place if you are going to a concert at allphones or an event at ANZ stadium. Public transport was awesome, it took only 15 min to get to the cbd and 25 min to Circular Quay. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, comfortable bed! There is à kitchen, where you can make your own breakfast. And bathrooms, although shared, are clean. TV, Iron Box, Kettle, Coffee / Tea Sachets and fridge was available. The hotel was secured with a secured lock in the front. The location and Transport access is aver big plus point. I have seen other backpackers or hotels nearby but this hotel really stands out to be classy for the money spent.
