  Friendly and efficient staff. My late check-in from the airport was pleasantly and conveniently organised for entry and key pick-up! We were also walked through by Joanne after we arrived for our second stay to be shown easier access from outdoors to lower ground.   The staff were very friendly and welcoming. When we had problems with our TV at midnight it was no trouble for them to come and help us out. The bed was soo comfortable! I absolutely recommend this place if you are going to a concert at allphones or an event at ANZ stadium. Higher floors have a great great view of darling harbour mad the bridge, couldn't get enough of it every day! Stayed 6 days. Oh and the breakfast is amazing too. Very fresh. 10/10 for location, cleanliness, convenience. Hop skip and jump to convention centre, and the water (darling harbour) loved it!! Exceeded expectation.

Public transport was awesome, it took only 15 min to get to the cbd and 25 min to Circular Quay.   I never write reviews... But for this one, I make an exception. It's à nice hotel for people who want privacy and who want to arrange everything by theirselves. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, comfortable bed! There is à kitchen, where you can make your own breakfast. And bathrooms, although shared, are clean. Moreover, cheaper restaurants are nearby, instead of the restaurants - The Hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms were neat and facilities were good like the common kitchen and Wi-Fi. TV, Iron Box, Kettle, Coffee / Tea Sachets and fridge was available. The hotel was secured with a secured lock in the front. The location and Transport access is aver big plus point. I have seen other backpackers or hotels nearby but this hotel really stands out to be classy for the money spent.
