I thought it was good for a budget motel. The rooms were clean and on the whole well maintained. I have stayed in a number of hotels and motels and foun this one to be of a good standard. -
Very good value for money compared to others in the area. Clean, very comfortable bed and very quiet ( I had a room out the back.

We've known of the place for many years and had friends stay previously, this was the first time four us. Our room had been recently renovated, meaning it was clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom well appointed. We would stay there again as it was good value for money.

The staff are friendly and helpful, giving me tips like how to get to airport by starbus which only cost $20/pax, internet is free while Crown Promenade hotel charged $25/day. I like the location, close to tram station and walk distance to Rod Laver Arena.. I love it! they gave me discount when I extended my stay 2 more nights. Highly recommended!
