My family and I had to attend a funeral that same day and he was fantastic that night we went in to the bar for tea. He entertained us for the night within his role and demonstrated how much he cares and contributes to his job and reputation of the resort.   we liked everything about this villa we were in except for the front steps we are all over 70 and pretty fit but the steps were steep.
