  Location was ideal for our purposes. We were not met on our late arrival despite prior notice to this effect although the Manager was obviously keeping an eye out for us from his residence because he did eventually appear. As we were not there to spend time in the room just to have rest and sleep. Easy for the bus and the train. We went to the factory outlets, and into the centre of Melbourne With ease. Recommend for anyone that needs a stop over.

  Friendly Staff remembered our names and thanked us for staying. We phoned to say we were running late. They went and put the air conditioner in room so it wouldn't be freezing when we arrived.   great location, excellent value for money as we have a large family and had to get two rooms. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. Booking was easy on the internet, and our request for two rooms next to each other was accomodated. - Julia (Reception & Breakfast cook) was great. Facilities were very good and spotlessly clean.

  I only needed a room for one night and it was as I expected for the price. It was convenient and comfortable without any big fuss. For the small number of hours I used the room it was exactly what I wanted. I could catch the tram outside the door and come back the same way which was great. The little bit of interaction I had with the staff was positive - they were very polite.
