  My friend had a problem climbing the stairs, as when I booked I didn't realize there was up and down stairs. The lady at the desk re arranged the booking to a ground floor room, which was no bother to her and a big plus to us. Otherwise everything was spot on..   My wife and I picked this motel mainly because it looked a little different, and modern. We were more than a little impressed. Big shout out to the owners who obviously take a huge amount of pride in their work. They were friendly, courteous and professional. They were also very helpful with dinner options in the area. We will not hesitate - luke and laura have an oasis of half way stop on the way to Melbourne ! we have stayed at others on the princes hwy and they don't compare. we arrived late and wanted to eat at the marlo pub so laura rang ahead and our meal was waiting for us on arrival !what service ! thanks guys ,keep up the great work !:-)
