EXCELLENT service from ALL reception staff. Clean. Easy access to trams, being location on St Kilda Road. Great cafe. Good shower (altho over bath) value for money -

Das Zimmer / die Suite war gross, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit perfekter Ausstattung. Zudem war der Ausblick auf den Park und das dahinterliegende Meer grossartig. Die Tramhaltestelle, um in die City zu fahren, lag direkt vor der Tür. Der Preis war tiptop, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Absolut empfehlenswert! -

We had a fantastic stay at the St Kilda Quest. We loved the fact that the Apartments are so close to the all forms of public transport yet still close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, parks, pubs and supermarkets.
When we had had enough sightseeing we would wander back to the apartment and just chill in the relaxing environment.

We loved the location, the layout, the comfy bed, the spacious unit, the air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom, the full size kitchen and fridge, the staff, the welcome, the car park, the co-operative staff when we needed to leave our car after checkout.

It's excellent, the people are so nice and generous. Since we are a couple coming for our honeymoon, the manager provided an upgraded room with a big belcony where we can see beautiful mountain view. In a word, it's a memorable experience, we really appreciate that. -

All staff from the cleaners right through to reception and the owners were always very friendly and eager to offer any advice on activities, places to go etc. The owners even gave my family free passes to the aquarium. when the 3 yr old had an accident on his bed the sheets were changed immediately without question by staff at no extra cost.

The staff were friendly and professional. The motel room was clean and a good size. The kitchen was small and compact and we were able to prepare and cook meals to save money. It was nice and quiet and the beds were firm but comfortable. We would have no hesitation in returning to that motel when we visit Melbourne again.

Das Plum Serviced Appartments war eine gute Unterkunft fuer kurze Aufenthalte. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ebenfalls konnte man alles recht gut zu Fuss erreichen und ansonsten hat die Strassenbahn auch fast direkt vor der Tuer gehalten. -

everything, there isnt anything to fault about this place!..I got upgraded to a 4bed from a 10bed cos they were super busy!..Its within walking distance to the main eating places in Acland Street etc.. tram stop in front of the hostel.

I thought it was good for a budget motel. The rooms were clean and on the whole well maintained. I have stayed in a number of hotels and motels and foun this one to be of a good standard. -
