Absolutely everything. From the moment we pulled outside of the Hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. There is not one thing that we could complain about. This is the first time that we have stayed at the Langham (we normally stay at the Grand Hyatt) but this Hotel was even more perfect. -

To arive after a 5hour drive and be told that you have been upgraded to a spa room was the BEST EVERY,It was my BIRTHDAY. We especially loved the wonderful noise free environment of our room.We were on the 10th floor but never heard one sound anytime.
