Drysdale house,along with Lester and Janice,was a lovely place to stay for a long weekend. The atmosphere was charming and very pretty. The bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the bikes as well.

Information re arrival and departure was very good. Very clean and modern unit. Very well furnished and provisions were well supplied. All the comforts of home were available. Great location (2 mins walk to main street) and a useful gazebo outside.

I loved the communication, the calls too make sure we were traveling safe. The greeting how well they were with my 2 yr old boy! The comfort they made us feel so welcome room was very clean tidy and comfortable! Breakfast was so delicious! And great services all round esp the help too and from the hospital. The owner, Jenny, was extremely friendly and helpful, even giving us a free upgrade. The hotel itself is in a most attractive historic building - with large rooms, high ceilings, etc. - and has been beautifully renovated. The breakfast was excellent, and good value. And visitors should walk around the lovely garden and meet the two alpacas!
