  Fiona and Steve are brilliant as hosts. Everything about the B and B is great and it was so relaxing and peaceful looking out over the garden. Both my wife and I felt that it was a perfect weekend away and Fiona and Steve provided the most amazing breakfast. It was a beautiful place to stay and great value for money. Perfect for a weekend getaway to escape the city. There was a beautiful garden and the breakfast that was included in the stay was lovely.

  Hosts took trouble to cope with my dietary requirements. Offered to meet me with an umbrella in the rain. Very comfortable bed and facilities. Plenty on offer to do though I really only needed accommodation. Lovely surroundings, beautiful views. Friendly hosts.

  The owners are very welcoming and helpfull, you feel as though you have arrived to stay with friends,the rooms and bathrooms are very clean, they have put a lot of thought into usefull and nice things eg magazines, tissues, bathrobes, extra blankets, comfortable chairs to sit in,clock radio with alarm, melbourne and local information booklet in r... was die leute sagen » oom very helpfull and extensive - I loved the communication, the calls too make sure we were traveling safe. The greeting how well they were with my 2 yr old boy! The comfort they made us feel so welcome room was very clean tidy and comfortable! Breakfast was so delicious!   First, I want to thank Vin and Maree for making our short one-night stay so delightful and memorable. Your B&B is truly a beautiful one-of-a- kind place. We wish we had stayed longer. So this sort of stay was unusual for - Has an amazing location, our ocean-view room had probably the best view I've ever had from a hotel room and I've travelled a lot. Great little patio too which was unexpected but awesome perk. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Fridge in room was nice. Bathroom had been updated recently and was nice and modern. Included a good quality hair dryer which was a nice plus too. I hate those cheap attached to the wall and don't actually dry hair ones, or having to go to the front desk to borrow o

  I stayed for a night with my mum. The wonderful hosts greeted us on arrival and carried our bags to our studio appartment. Service and amenities were excellent and very well maintained.   Alles - Easily the best place I stayed for the price in my trip around Australia! I could not reccomend it more. - Paul is super helpful in coming up with ideas of things to do and see in Melbourne, really listening to your needs - Location really good for Southern Cross station (and skybus from airport) - beautifully decorated rooms and public ... was die leute sagen » areas - private bathroom (separate from room) not at all an issue - really high standard facilities and nice warm fluffy bathrobes to cross the corridor in! - - You were made to feel welcome by Paul before you even arrived: welcome emails, help needed accommodated, bookings made for wine trips etc. It was more like staying in someone's home - warm, cosy, large and lovely. Everything was a surprise in terms of comfort and size plus the guest lounge which was fully stocked with bar, sundries, magazines, dvds etc - just the lovliest b&b.

  The owners were lovely. Very helpful and friendly. The house was immaculately clean and all the extra finishing touches were beautiful.
