  Sehr gute Lage (Innenstadtnähe - ca. 5 Min. mit der Tram). Nachts ruhige Lage, tagsüber jedoch starker Verkehr vor dem Hotel. - Wir hatten ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit Seeblick bestellt und haben es auch bekommen. Das Zimmer war groß, geräumig und bequem. Es war nah zu einer Tram, womit man schnell in die City oder zum Strand nach St. Kilda kommt.

REally friendly, helpful people. - We've known of the place for many years and had friends stay previously, this was the first time four us. Our room had been recently renovated, meaning it was clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom well appointed. We would stay there again as it was good value for money.
