  The apartment had everything necessary for our stay in Hobart. it was spacious and comfortable, in a good position for walking around the Harbour and Central city areas. The staff were very helpful and polite, Convenient guest lounge through the day supplied good coffee. Would recommend highly,and would stay there again. - A delightful city, Great Art Gallery's and Museums. Great food, fresh fish, fruit and vegetables. We booked an apartment at the Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel because (a) it was very central to everything, (b) because we grew up on Vic. sheep properties in the 1940-60s and farmed sheep with Tasmanian bloodlines for wool ourselves and (c) because letsbookhotel.com offered great book-ahead specials.

It was central to all of the Golf Courses and was in close proximity of eateries, bars, shops and transport. The facilities(pool, spa and sauna) were also an added bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was clean and modern and more than adequate in size and facilities.

  It was really central to the town and the parking was $6 which is very unusual for hotel parking. We arrived early and were able to get into our room which is always good when you have travelled a distance. - Great hotel, very central location and we could walk everywhere. It was close to the CBD, even though the road was reasonably quiet.   There was a confusion regarding a spa room and we were upgraded with no problems as soon as we discovered mistake. We also had another issue which the owner/manager sorted out straight away with not a problem. We were very impressed. Accomodation was comfortable. Most spectacular is the penguin night-view, for which the resort staff is very kind to light up the penguin walking path so can have a fairly close view of penguin go-home scene. Highly recommended.

  A very comfortable two nights' stay. Perhaps a little cramped but as we had good weather we sat outside our room on chairs and table provided. (There is a small table and chairs in the room, too.). Very clean room with microwave and other kitchen utensils, well stocked fridge. Good shower pressure. Restaurant buffet evening meal delightful. Very helpful staff. - There is a microwave, fridge and kettle in room, we were able to buy frozen meals from Woolworths in town and heat it up for dinner. It is located on a bit of a noisy road, but if you close the sliding door it doesn't really bother you. The facilities are a bit dated, but it is clean and sufficient. We didn't need anything more.

  This is the perfect Hotel. Everything was just right. It is new and modern and comfortable. All Staff were very professional and friendly. The Breakfast was just right and the WiFi was Free and reliable. I could not recommend this Hotel highly enough. Very good value for money.
