  this hotel was in a great location, close enough to walk to city centre, yet far enough away from city noise. Very clean rooms. Receptionist kindly gave us a key to put our bags in room and freshen up even though our room was not quite ready. - The breakfasts were excellent.   There was a confusion regarding a spa room and we were upgraded with no problems as soon as we discovered mistake. We also had another issue which the owner/manager sorted out straight away with not a problem. We were very impressed. Accomodation was comfortable. Pengiun's were so cute. - Good facilities/environment; resort room is nice, spacious... was die leute sagen » & comfortable. Most spectacular is the penguin night-view, for which the resort staff is very kind to light up the penguin walking path so can have a fairly close view of penguin go-home scene. Highly recommended.

  We would love to visit the Lodge again! Home-like feel, enough of privacy, also we love the play room and the play ground, with the beautiful view of the mountains, aaa makes us feel re-charged and we love to stay in aaa again! This is highly recommended to whom wanted to visit Cradle mountain/ Steffield/ Tasmanzia! - First thing is the owner has... was die leute sagen » very smily and kind and like family, also so great place to stay with mountain view. It so beautiful and good souna and spa. We can see also sheeps and wombat and really enjoyed comport for travel. I will stay longer next time. It's so great place and hosting. Thank you !!! ^^
