Jenni at the front desk and also her colleagues were friendly and helpful when it came to assistance with travelling to the Barossa Valley/ visiting Harbourtown Shopping and Glenelg. Each hotel room had cutlery, and crockery (not usually available), ironing board and iron. It was quiet as requested. Frequent and convenient trams. -

We booked a two room deluxe apartment, as advised we called Kevin prior to arrival and asked if we could store baggage earlier than check in time. Centrally located, close to all transport and shopping, with exceptional
view over the city from room 1402. Reception staff at desk downstairs
excellent - full of helpful advice, and went the extra mile for us on
numerous occasions. Room was modern and very comfortably furnished.
Dipti met us on arrival and was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable.

Great location for getting to main island sights- the island is quite big & Pardana is right in the middle. Apartments were fully self contained & there was a guest laundry. The owner was very welcoming & provided great information on things to see & how to get there. -

Sharyn on arrival was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Room was available in the morning even though we got there before checkin time. Room was small but had everything we needed. The two bed apartment was compact and comfortable but at the same time well suited for four people with mod cons and furnishings and nice size TV. Nice to have the balcony onto Hindley St to get out and watch the goings on, nice eating nearby, 2 minute walk to tram and 10 minutes walk to Rundle Mall. Would definately stay again.

I loved the location of 'The Vines' cottage, with the most gorgeous views of the vineyards surrounding you and looking down across the valley. Its was especially beautiful at dusk. Its also a great location as you are in the vineyards, yet the town of Lyndoch is a leisurly 15min walk away where you have all the conveniences like cafes, shops etc.

The view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful! We had a lovely big spa bath as well, so nice to come back to the apartment and have a bubble bath and a glass of wine. There was initially a mix up with our rooms but the staff promptly provided a solution and even gave us late check-out, we were very impressed! -

Always enjoy an ensuite, and having access to a convenience machine for after hours service was fantastic, the gentleman Greg Moore was fantastic in his mannerism and conduct in organising our stay both over the phone before the stay and whilst we were at the accommodation -

There were a few minor issues that were quickly attended to by staff. Lift to second floor was great to cope with luggage. Location is great, close to shops and the city. -

We enjoyed the fantastic seaviews and unbeatable sunsets. A fully equipped kitchen allowed us to stay at home every night so that we could have dinner while observing the friendly onsite kangaroos. Couldn't be that much in the nature with nothing arround except kangaroos and an amazing landscape from beaches to grasslands so green without polluted air. Such a delight !
