  Just loved to be together and relax and unwind have a drink and a great meal then see the show then went back to the beautiful room then in morning we had a sensational meal in the flames cafe. The girls were so nice and helpful. It was my fiancees birthday. I would like to thank you for the up grade to a one bedroom apartment it was wonderful. I could watch tv if my husband wanted to sleep. I liked the fact that the lady who serviced me on check- in was super friendly and commented on my birthday and how young I looked. Had a great time, the breakfast included in our room was very good and also the staff were very helpful, thank you.

We only had a one night stay as it was for medical reasons we were there, but I will return on the next trip up north. Loads of eating places in the area and a short walk over the road and you are on the beach. Great for early morning walks and swims. The Chateau also boasts a good size pool and spa. The room was well equipped, stove, microwave, a small fridge along with cutlery/crockery etc. etc.Undercover parking available at no extra cost. Good on ya Chateau.

  I loved every second of being there but the best thing about my time up at the Q1 was a certain staff member. Kevin he made me feel welcome from the moment I checked and was great and really friendly, and he gave me the best service and I went back down to the lobby after I had a swim and just got to talk with him.   All the staff were fantastic, from the concierge and receptionist to the bar and restaurant staff. They were friendly, approachable, helpful & enthusiastic. The resort was very clean and pretty with lovely gardens and ponds throughout. The pool was the perfect temperature. Plenty of sun loungers and day beds. Swim up pool bar was a bonus. We requested a room away from the noise and was given one by the management which was good. The view was gorgeous, and it's only a short walk to the pier and the marina.
