  Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... was die leute sagen » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

  I stayed here with my boyfriend for our anniversary and it was absolutely perfect! The rooms are very clean and well presented with everything you need. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They made our weekend away very special. This hotel has all the facilities you could want plus more. The higher rooms have amazing views of the ocean ... was die leute sagen » and the restaurants food is of high quality. Definitely going to come back :) - Amazing stay! During our 6 week trip to Australia we stayed here on 3 separate occasions and each time we couldnt fault the service. The staff were superb, Layla, Kim and Marcus. Each time we returned there was a bottle of wine and chocs waiting in the room to welcome us back and the rooms/apartments were of a very high standard. I would definitely recommend staying here if you visit the Gold Coast.

  We stayed in a sea view apartment on the 15th floor, it certainly had the wow factor as soon as you opened the door with breathtaking views across Burleigh Beach and the ocean beyond. The apartment had everything you needed for a short or extended break and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again ... was die leute sagen » on our next trip to Australia. - We loved the location, the view from our room was second to none. burleigh heads was perfect for us as it had a real community vibe and is close to all the action of surfers paradise. The rooms were well appointed and the staff courteous and friendly. We are already planning a return trip early in the new year and 2nd avenue will see our return patronage

The apartment and complex was spotlessly clean and comfortable and it was very handy for our teenagers having the 7/11 convenience store downstairs along with the coffee shop and Subway.
