  Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... was die leute sagen » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

  The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Within 15 minutes we were on the 27th ... was die leute sagen » floor with ocean views, and two sleeping comfortable little boys, we cannot thank you enough. - Loved 3 things about Hilton - location, location & location - perfect, in the heart of Surfers Paradise, walking distance to everything one needs. Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

  Great resort style apartments, great staff, really top spot being just opposite the beach and walking track and close to 2 playgrounds for our little one. Loved the indoor heated spa, as it was little bit rainy during our stay. Burleigh Heads is so relaxed and out of the hussle of Surfers Paradise, yet close enough if you would like some adventure... was die leute sagen » . Absolutely loved our stay! - The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, must say one of the cleanest bathrooms I have seen for a long time. Pool and gardens were very well maintained. Inside pool was an added bonus. Rooftop area was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Great location.

  The apartment was fantastic, plenty of room. The pool and water slides were a big thoroughly enjoyed by our family and we had a wonderful weekend. - Staff were lovely both at checkin/out and over the phone. Great value for money, great 1 bdrm apartment - large, clean and comfortable.

  The location was great. Quiet, not busy ,laundromat next door. Change for machines available at 4 square store a few stores away. Plenty of small eateries/cafes on street below. nice walk along beach pathway.   This was my second trip to Mantra Crown Towers. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (3204) with a 2 and 4 year old. Once again a great holiday (5days). Kids loved the facilities. Our room was great and while it would be easy to criticise small items (dvd player didn't work, curtains dirty etc.), they were not material to our comfort or quality of o... was die leute sagen » ur stay. Importantly our experience with the staff was fantastic - they were courteous and helpful when needed. Thai restaurant was also great. Well d - The staff were outstanding, so happy and helpful. We lived the 1 bedroom apartment as it was spacious and very comfortable. The Changmai Thai restaurant is amazing and we will come again. Overall an excellent destination and we only live 5 minutes away
