  Convenient location. Clean, roomy and comfortable accommodation. Good parking (very important), quiet room. Good "pull-in" driveway for being picked up by family or taxi.   Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... was die leute sagen » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

  The location was quiet and the views over the golf course and canal were lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was lovely and clean. The bar area, terrace and the restaurant were really good. Our meals, dinner and breakfast, were terrific with the staff interacting in a very friendly manner.   The room was fantastic and the people were very friendly. The dinner and service at the restaurant was well above what was expected, absolutely beautiful. The spa on the roof was checked and turned on every morning and they even check and clean the BBQ for you.   All the staff were fantastic, from the concierge and receptionist to the bar and restaurant staff. They were friendly, approachable, helpful & enthusiastic. The resort was very clean and pretty with lovely gardens and ponds throughout. The pool was the perfect temperature. Plenty of sun loungers and day beds. Swim up pool bar was a bonus. We requested a room away from the noise and was given one by the management which was good. Good cooking facilities and utensils as we did eat in for breakfast which suited us otherwise we would have to eat out 3-meal a day. Front desk staff was helpful.

  The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

  This is the 3rd time we have stayed here in the last 6 years. Good value for money. Good location. Friendly helpful staff. Chill Cafe at the front of the complex does a nice coffee and breakfast. - pool, room size,helpful staff

  Absolute perfection. We stayed in the relaxation room for one night and could say it was the best stay of our little holiday. The staff were very professional, positive, helpful, efficient and definately went out of their way to provide world class service. The location was brilliant and the facilities second to none. The vibe, view and ambience w - I am very impressed with the staff. All were extremely professional and friendly. To give credit, the reception staff Tamara, she was very helpful and proffesional. The concierge, Luke very interesting person and now the area very well. He was extremely helpful in making our 4 days program, that we enjoyed to the max. The rooms were very design full and everything in order. The executive room view was direct to the beach side.

  The receptionist asked it we had our night planned or would we like some information on what was on offer. I politely told her we were celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary. She disappeared for a minute, came back apologized, and told me she had upgraded us to a lovely room with great views. We will definitely come back. - When I booked I didnt realize that we had an option of smoking/non smoking. Realizing we did have that option after booking in it was no trouble to staff to relocate us to a smoking unit and with in minutes we were puffing on our cigies out of everybodys way.
