  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Argus apartments. The staff couldn't do enough for you, the apartments were well appointed, clean, modern and spacious. They are a 10 minute walk to the Waterfront precinct one way and 10 minutes the other direction to the city and buses, perfect.   The Darwin Central Hotel is perfectly situated, close to retaurants, tourist venues and public transportantion. My room was clean, quiet, attractive, and well-air-conditioned. We stayed there the first night of our trip after arriving in Darwin, but decided to stay a night longer as we liked it so much. Highly recommended!

  Loved teh new part, but next time we want to stay on a ground floor apartment of the new lagoon area. Our Kids really enjoyed it.   Very friendly and helpful staff who made our stay enjoyable. The position was very good quick access to all tourist areas while in a quiet location out of the main city centre. Secure off street parking. - Hospitable staff, nice accomodations. Good kitchen, nice to have fridge in private room and the pool was heavenly in the very hot weather.
