  We were returning to Aston after a really good experience the first time on our visit to Australia. It offers all the comforts and quietness we like and is only a short distance from the centre of Port Macquarie. It is and excellent stop off place from our travels and we are always guaranteed a good nights sleep in very pleasant surroundings. We were put in a bigger room to accommodate the fact that we had a toddler with us. The room was beautifully appointed, very comfortable, excellent Wifi, and the motel is in a quiet location. Hotel offers a lot of extras, like free bike hires, gourmet coffee upon check-in, shuttle service, and ability to charge meals to the hotel from a selected list of local restaurants.

  We really enjoyed our stay at El Paso, the staff for friendly especially the lovely couple who run the restaurant they gave us tips of where to go site seeing and restaurants. The location was a total bonus we didn't use our car the whole 4 days we were there except once when we drove along the beach side to view the lookouts, beaches & lighth... was die leute sagen » ouse. Breakfast was nice and simple, room was clean & comfortable, really liked the fact that the room had air con aswell. I would recommend this - Location is ideal (particularly for Glasshouse). Good beds, reasonable facilities, although the buildings are shabby. Breakfast is ok, but water for tea/coffee should be heated before breakfast time. It was always lukewarm until well after opening hours (this should be in not like section)

  From day one it was great place to be, the staff are a big credit to the place, everything was nice and clean and working! My family and I were unfortunate to stay in one of Australia's worst Motor Inns, see for a Few Dollars More we stayed in the complete opposite at Best Western.. Both me and my wife had the eye of fillet, the first time my wife e - The lady on reception was most welcoming and helpful on arrival -our very private suite was well appointed, clean, comfortable and sound proof - dinner in the restaurant was very good- we enjoyed our stay there- the management and staff were excellent.   We only stayed one night as we were in Port Macquarie for a Floral art workshop and were able to leave our bags early on the way through. If we had needed to stay for the three nights as others did around the town it would have had everything we needed and space to work on designs at night. The pool was clean and water was warm. Other facilities were also great. The room was clean and the location was also good. Walking distance to family friendly tavern and a short car ride into the heart of town. will definately stay there agin if travelling that way.
