Location of the resort, available facilities - i.e. shopping, transport, picnic areas etc., the park like surroundings, the layout of the units, the privacy and relaxing feel of the resort. Staff we spoke to were very friendly and maintained good communication. We were extremely pleased with our stay. It was close to where we needed to be & had I realised sooner just how close to Panther's it was, I probably would have stayed there the entire time rather than splitting between there & the Chifley.. My bad! It was comfortable; felt safe & having the kitchenette was handy.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable.The park and river across the street was absolutely beautiful.Appreciated having my dog trailer-with dog-so close to the unit. The comfort and the coziness of the whole place. I felt safe and warm and relaxed. I got more for my money and the staff were friendly and helpful. Low Cost. Self-contained kitchen. Location near river and park. Away from city/quiet location. Bed was comfortable. Reception staff very friendly. Kim was very friendly and prepared to assist in any way she could to make our stay enjoyable. The cabins are clean and well equipped. I arrived late and left early, systems were in place to make it soooo easy for me.The room was better than I expected. Location by the Nepean River and Tench Reserve. Heating in the accommodation was excellent. The cabin was well appointed and quite spacious for two. Noise was not a problem. The environment is very relaxed and, on a hot day, the pools were the place to be. It was very nice and quite, we loved the walk around the river. Location - very quiet, pleasant riverside location. Private and extremely clean . and good facilities. Outlook cleanliness and proximity to Panthers. Comfortable bed and quiet. Quite area, privacy. design of cabins. Great location with everything we needed for a quick overnight stay. Rustic nature of the ambience. Pet friendly. Quite & location. The location. That if council approval is received, the resort will do away with rentals and only provide residential accommodation. Did not see one staff member entire 3 nights but did not need to. Gates were open all of the time anyone could drive in. Not sure why they give you a security key. My cabin was generally clean, but the furnishings, floor coverings, bathroom, etc was worn out and had seen better days. The cabin (#60) was in urgent need of renovation and renewal. Cockroaches. Hot water in bathroom was variable (hot, then cold, then hot.) Shower head too low for my stature. The double bed was very hard for old bones. I never got to meet the staff in person, but on the phone they were very helpful and polite. No microwave safe dishes or oven trays to use in the microwave or oven. the carpet needed shampooing and grout in shower tiles needed attention. The beds were fairly hard. Office only open 9.00 to 5.00 or 4.00 pm on weekdays. Unfortunately a previous guest had ignored the no-smoking signs in the room but the staff did their best to vent the room when advised of this. We liked everything. Apparently it won't be available for short term accommodation in the future. The plan is for it to become only for long term residents. Advise on website pets allowed. Was not advised pets until well after check-in that my two small dogs were not allowed inside the cabin at all. Would not have booked this site if had known. Cabin needed updating as it was fairly worn. crowding. Could do with a coat of paint. didnt like the fact the front light stayed on the whole time we were there the doors on the built in did not slide an jumped of the track there was a lot of holes patched up with no paint the paint on bedroom do0r was in very bad cond,there was no remote for the tv the screen on the bedroom was hanging off,all round paint was in very poor condition nice place to stay but more up keep in needed. Reception closed at 4pm on Saturday - did not see any staff as left before opened the next morning. Thought there must be a laundry somewhere but could not find it. No soap provided!. Price can be a bit more competitive. Small a bit run down & tv off Noah's Ark. Pretty poor standard for 2013. Only 4 channels & bad to watch.!!!!. Thanks. We booked for queen bed... we were given two singles of not identical size.
