  The apartment was very big and since we were 5 people it was very roomy. Big kitchen. The unit had 2 showers which was perfect. The sauna, spa and pool was a nice bonus. - Very helpful friendly managers. Great location within walking distance of shops, restaurants, river and we all enjoyed the pool and tennis court facilities.

  We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the stylishly appointed units. The resort is family friendly and the staff directed us to the facilities that best suited our children.   We have been going to the Islander for over 15 years off and on, we love the fact you can park your car and not use it until its time to leave, our kids were young then, then teenagers, the pool and facilities great for forming new friendships, and renewing old ones.
