  A very comfortable 3 bedroom apartment, front on level 5 with sea views. The property is located in the quiet area of Mooloolaba. It has everything on hand eg., Beaches, walking paths, restaurants and supermarket. It has a secured car park in the basement with a service lift travelling to all residential floors. The managers were very helpful and knowledgeable during our stay. - It was a brief stay but what we saw of the complex was that it is clean and tidy. The pool temp was a little cold so could have done with a little heating and we only had one towel between the both of us. We didn't complain because only stayed over night and found out it was missing when getting ready for bed. Everything else was great.

  The staff were excellent always friendly, polite, professional and went over and beyond expectation. The facilities were adequate and the location was fantastic within close proximity to the beaches, underwater world and shops. It was a great experience made more so by the staff. The room looked like it just got new linens and art. The room rate was very economical for the area. The motel is a 5 minute walk from the beautiful Mooloolaba Esplanade.

  Great location at a very reasonable cost in whaat I think was the low season. Spacious, very comfortable bed, all facilities that are required and reasonably quiet, especially so after about 10.00pm.
