  The staff was awesome. The reception staff, kitchen staff, cleaning staff, all so friendly. It was clean, and the hotel is near the station, and very close to the famous Chapel Street (Restaurants/Shopping) Very good value for money, and the room was comfortable. The place was kept immaculately clean and the staff were assiduous and very helpful. They were extremely good in serving breakfast, which was another bonus, and the front desk team were very friendly and accommodating. I thought this hotel superb value. It is right beside South Yarra Metro station, which has very frequent service 6 minute to and from the central part of Melbourne.

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a $6 menu for guests and also discounted drinks in the lovely bar downstairs. Free breakfast!! Room and showers were clean.   We had a great time here and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are really big and clean with an armchair, dressing table, fridge and microwave. It was pretty cold while we were there so appreciated the numerous super thick blankets on the bed!
