  The staff were exceptional, the rooms were amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable. Even walking into the reception and smelling the beautiful scent of the burning candles was such a lovely experience. I ended up staying for 2 nights as I had scored a free night through the overstay program! We got directions from a tradesman and then it was easy going. It was great being right on the tram line and able to get anywhere in the city so quickly. Very quiet and peaceful, especially considering being right in the city.

It's only about less than 5min walk to the tram station (free city circle tram) for those not driving. only thing the tram ends at 6pm and 9pm on wkns. Without trams it will be a 15min walk from Spencer St area as you need to get around this big railway station (i think) and you can't walk straight down Bourk

From the helpful reception to my room to the spa, my experience was wonderful. Having found a reasonable rate on Booking, I expected something fairly basic, and this pleasantly exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfortable, the surroundings upmarket, the spa and lap pool relaxing. Quiet too.
