There was nothing to fault, exceptional value for money, perfect location, peaceful, our hosts were so nice, they even dropped us in to town for dinner then came back for us when we were ready to return. I loved the gourmet breakfast! The owners, Keith and Jane, know just how to make your stay perfect. I wouldn't change a thing. My favourite time of day was the evening, (exhausted from touring), sitting on the deck with a bottle of wine and looking at their beautiful garden.

Me and my partner spent the night at Gilgara Retreat on arrival the hospitality was 5 star very welcoming and made us feel at home. The accomodation was beautiful romantic and allowed us to take in the surroundings we enjoyed our stay very much and anticipate returning with family and friends in August. Thanks for an amazing stay!!

very nice place, very helpful girls at the receptions. Good value for money considering the price around Margaret river! We had the two bedrooms apartment. It was on two floors with bedrooms on the second one. the two bedrooms are not adjacent, that was good for a little bit of privacy. Two separate toilets and one bathroom with a shower and a spa.

The staff responded very acceptably to an irreversible booking cock up they fully accepted was their responsibility and very adequate recompense made.

Absolutely everything - the accommodation at Heritage Trail Lodge was superb and set in the most amazing garden. It was close to restaurants and shops and walking trails. The customer service by staff was excellent and the breakfasts that showcased local produce were top class. Although situated on the main road there was no disruption to sleep from traffic noise.

The location was great, close enough to walk in to Margaret River centre and good location for exploring the region. A great Apartment was roomy and lovely and clean with plenty of equipment to cook with.I didn't come in to contact with staff until check out as we arrived late in the evening. But what I experienced was good quality -

My family was thrilled at the accommodation which was second to none considering the 4 other locations we stayed in WA (including Perth City).
