  The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. Love the freedom of having the kitchenette in the room. Love the fact I don't have to step over and into a bath/spa to have a shower! I liked the newspaper, definitely a great extra. Didn't hear any external noise from our room. - the friendly and professional staff; the size of the studio apartment was surprisingly very large and very comfortable; the restaurant in the hotel and the cafe next door were excellent and value for money. Room was clean; bed was comfortable; shower was excellent and the radio worked! A working radio is a rarity among hotels these days

  I loved the atmosphere of the hotel. It was luxurious and very classy for what I paid (35% discount). The room was amazing with an awesome view of the harbor. It felt sooo relaxing and clean and modern. I loved the bed and linen. The shower and toilet was clean with luxurious soft towels.   The room was really nice; good size, comfy beds, great bathroom. Looked just like the photos (for once!). Greeted by lovely staff who were always friendly. Walked to and from station everyday which was very manageable so great location, used the gym which was basic but met all the needs of a holiday work out.   Just loved how close it was to the ferry terminal, made it so close to the city and Darling Harbour but no crazy crowds!
