  The location was perfect for our needs. On check-in/check-out I was attended by Luis who was so friendly and welcoming and from that experience the rest of our stay was superb. The Deluxe Studio was fantastic - so much room for 2 adults/2 kids. We had a great meal at the pub next door and plenty of other food options close by. Price was value for - Everything is in the reach of a 20-min walk. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful and gave us thorough instructions of where to go, how to go, where to eat and shop and so on. The apartment itself was very comfy and clean, the building has a heating pool and even a sauna, which we used several times. The area seemed safe, there are lots of eating places and shops nearby. All in all, we were very pleased with our choice.

The full breakfast available in the dining room had everything anyone could ask for from hot porridge through to bread and butter pudding with whipped cream. I stayed on the Executive Floor and this was well worth the extra $$$ as the Executive Lounge has internet facility (complimentary computers) and the breakfast and pre-drinks/canapes are very nice and the lounge is comfortab - We checked out in the morning and left our bags with the concierge as we had a late flight back to Europe. When we came back to collect our bags I asked if there was anywhere I could get changed (into travelling clothes). I was given a pass to the inhouse gym and told I could also use the shower. This was a fantastic service and I really appreciated being able to do this before a 24 hour flight home!
