  The location was perfect really central and close to the main attractions. The hostel was clean comfortable and the staff were really helpful. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Very family friendly. I was travelling alone with my 9 year old son and this hostel was the perfect choice for us, the staff were great with my son and it felt safe and ... was die leute sagen » welcoming. - Fabulous views of the city from the rooftop patio. Staff was extremely helpful. They booked a trip to the Sydney Zoo for us that included the Hop-on, Hop-off boat tour of the harbors and saved us $. Very clean. Big tv room with DVDs available. Super bars-restaurants nearby. Food at The Glenmore was really good with big screen tvs for sports.

  The communal area was huge with free wifi and good sized kitchen, really nice roof terrace but would be even better if wifi was available up there, but then I suppose it would be packed every day! The staff were always friendly and happy to help with any concerns or questions. The kitchen facilities provided are of a very good standard, however some guests were selfish and some food is stolen from the fridges.   I was only there for a very short time (not even 12hours), but the staff at reception were very friendly and check in was seamless; the bed I had was comfortable enough, with clean sheets (although the top bunk was a bit squeaky!). The 4 bed dorm was very roomy, clean and new. The bathroom and showers were clean and adequate.
