  I loved every second of being there but the best thing about my time up at the Q1 was a certain staff member. Kevin he made me feel welcome from the moment I checked and was great and really friendly, and he gave me the best service and I went back down to the lobby after I had a swim and just got to talk with him. I loved the activities that we could do (skyclimb, observation deck - breakfast lunch and dinner!) everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I would definitely come back! Not mention our view from level 53 was SUPERB! Words cannot even describe! Thank you, to all the staff for making us feel at home:)

As sharing a twin room, loved we had a double bed each and so comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. Bonus, free parking underneath the hotel.

She knows her stuff and if she doesn't, she come back to you asap. The pool bar drinks are very over price but you get that in a resort, but surprisingly the food isn't an - We got married here on the 22/11/2013. The venue was amazing. The staff where amazing, The food was amazing, The grounds are amazing..... Everything was just perfect. Thanks to everyone at the hotel who helped make our day so special.

  Really enjoyed the Adult Lap Pool. Granny - children loved the other pools 3 and 6. Two complaints were readily taken care of within 12 hours - tin opener did not work and the seal on the oven kept coming off. Car parking available close to our accommodation.
