  Just loved to be together and relax and unwind have a drink and a great meal then see the show then went back to the beautiful room then in morning we had a sensational meal in the flames cafe. The girls were so nice and helpful. It was my fiancees birthday. I liked the fact that the lady who serviced me on check- in was super friendly and commented on my birthday and how young I looked. Had a great time, the breakfast included in our room was very good and also the staff were very helpful, thank you.

The room was well equipped, stove, microwave, a small fridge along with cutlery/crockery etc. etc.Undercover parking available at no extra cost. Good on ya Chateau.

  I loved every second of being there but the best thing about my time up at the Q1 was a certain staff member. Kevin he made me feel welcome from the moment I checked and was great and really friendly, and he gave me the best service and I went back down to the lobby after I had a swim and just got to talk with him.   Excellent room with kitchen and a balcony overlooking the sea! We were on the 13th floor so had amazing views of the coast! Very clean and comfortable and a great price for the room / location! If it's too warm to walk there is a bus stop outside the hotel door to surfers, or a 5 minute walk to bus stop to pacific fair - All of it, the views, the rooms were spacious and inviting. The area it is in is fabulously close to everything, We literally parked for the whole week. I feel mean only marking the staff GOOD but I literally did not need them or see them other than entering and leaving the resort. They were friendly without being intrusive. Just lovely.
