  Managers Ben and Jodie are great people. They made us feel welcome and assisted us with tickets to the local theme parks. First of all - its not the Hilton so don't expect marble floors, full time concierge and elevator music.   i would definitely recommend this resort to other family and friends,, from the awesome friendly staff to the wonderful facilities they had available. The lay out of the apartments and the easy access to and from the resort. we definitely felt at home and relaxed and our stay there was like a 5 star holiday. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean.   Absolute perfection. We stayed in the relaxation room for one night and could say it was the best stay of our little holiday. The staff were very professional, positive, helpful, efficient and definately went out of their way to provide world class service. She disappeared for a minute, came back apologized, and told me she had upgraded us to a lovely room with great views.
