  We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. I also thought the breakfast was really good.   The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

  Absolute perfection. We stayed in the relaxation room for one night and could say it was the best stay of our little holiday. The staff were very professional, positive, helpful, efficient and definately went out of their way to provide world class service. The location was brilliant and the facilities second to none. The vibe, view and ambience w - I am very impressed with the staff. All were extremely professional and friendly. To give credit, the reception staff Tamara, she was very helpful and proffesional. The concierge, Luke very interesting person and now the area very well. He was extremely helpful in making our 4 days program, that we enjoyed to the max. The rooms were very design full and everything in order. The executive room view was direct to the beach side.

She disappeared for a minute, came back apologized, and told me she had upgraded us to a lovely room with great views. Realizing we did have that option after booking in it was no trouble to staff to relocate us to a smoking unit and with in minutes we were puffing on our cigies out of everybodys way.   I had a king room with an ocean view and I have to say I very much enjoyed my stay here. It was spotless, cleaned every day and the towels were changed as needed. I love how when you open the balcony door, the a/c turns off automatically - good way to be more eco-friendly. The view was fantastic! Note though that as with any vantage point in the G... was die leute sagen » old Coast, most of it is sometimes blocked by tall buildings - I could see the beach but of course there were a lot of buildings around (but not a pro - The staff were so very helpful, I called the day before to see if I could check in early as we had a wedding to attend and didn't want to be rushed to get ready, they said it shouldn't be a problem and sure enough when wee arrived there was a room ready for us a few hours earlier then the checkin time. We also able to extend the checkout time to 11 am which made getting out after a party night that much less stressful.

They even have pillow options which was tremendously helps deep slumber especially for yound children.   The location was first class, any closer to the water and you would have got wet. The staff were very helpful and polite. Don't be put off re lack of air con because the breeze off the ocean was great and kept the unit cool at all times. The units are spacious and well maintained. I loved every minute of my stay. The manager of the complex was very friendly and helpful. The whole building, apartment and the heated pool were very clean. Will definitely come again and can highly recommend.
