  On arrival I had an issue with the room andd IMEDIATELY they couldn't apologise enough and upgraded me to a better room. The staff were awesome and the food was excellent. I couldn't have had a better stay and that was due to the staff who are highly trained in customer service, which ALL hotels should be concerned with. Thank you for a great stay... was die leute sagen » see you again in 3 months. - Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Enjoyed the breakfast.
