  We liked the lovely spa which was big enough for 2 people with out feeling squashed. We liked one particular helpful staff member Melanie who assisted us with print outs of tours etc. She was the most loveliest and friendly person that went on to the net and nothing was too much trouble. - The food was good.   On arrival I had an issue with the room andd IMEDIATELY they couldn't apologise enough and upgraded me to a better room. The staff were awesome and the food was excellent. I couldn't have had a better stay and that was due to the staff who are highly trained in customer service, which ALL hotels should be concerned with.
