  The Reception staff was wonderful, very welcoming and supportive. I got a text 10 am advising my room was available early - which was great because it was pouring with rain. Undercover parking was also really convenient due to rain. Could see the water from my room. Also in walking distance to shops and the walkway along the waterside.   Loved the size of the Townhouse. perfect for our large family with a great private feel. Everything needed is supplied and the landscaping and pool area are beautiful. The kids had heaps of fun on the slide. - friendly staff, nice clean rooms, pools and bbq areas close by and always looking clean, beautiful and inviting. the kids just loved it.

For the mobility impaired and my mother also is vision impaired it was open and spacious for her too move in and out of having rails, plenty of good lighting and very secure.
